The images here are obtained using a SunScan home built 3d printed spectroheliograph. It is a self-contained unit powered by a Raspberry Pi. The build details and guidance are available from the Staros-Project. Details of the build can be found on the blog pages, but I would really recommend searching for SunScan and taking a look at all the very well documented guidance and plans.
